"My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel lobby and rooftop area are beautiful (although I didn’t spend much time in either. ). The hotel staff were all warm and hospitable. The location of this hotel is very central, located in the busy reforma area. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. "

"Staff was excellent and very courteous. Hotel lobby is beautiful with so much history! Rooms are worn but the cleanliness is good. Housekeeping staff was great. I had left a tip for the housekeeper on the nightstand and they didn’t take it. I later found the tip envelope and placed in there. Área is busy so noise can be an issue. "

"This is a wonderful hotel with superior All Inclusive services. The location is excellent with walking distance to the ferry to Isla Mujeres, 8 minute walk to the downclub party scene, close to shopping and a market, and is in an ideal pickup/drop off spot for day trips. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and well stocked with generous beverages and amenities and the staff are so helpful and attentive. Its 10 STAR service at RPLA. The beach access is immediate and is adjacent to 3 pools on the property. The beach is private and only accessible to hotel guests with beautiful views of the sea and sunrise. The RPLA has nightly activities and is one of the best hotels I had the privilege to stay at on my trip to Cancun. "
