"Our stay there was amazing. We had issues with our ac in the room at first but it was immediately fixed. I was a little disappointed that there was no beach outside the resort. Meaning we couldn't walk on any sand due to erosion looked like. We had to walk down to experience the beach. Overall the resort is in a great location."

"I cannot rave enough about this resort! The staff is outstanding!! They were very attentive, professional, and kind. The grounds are taken care of and they keep every thing clean and maintained. The room we had overlooked the garden area and it was a nice sized room with a jacuzzi tub in it. Our group appreciated the variety of the food. We tried three of the specialty restaurants and loved everything we ate. The buffet food was good and it had a good variety of choices as well. We enjoyed the pool every day. It is huge! We never felt cramped or overcrowded. We would definitely recommend Hyatt Vivid to our friends and we will visit again in the future."
