"This was our first time at an all-inclusive resort, and my husband and I (in our late 30s and early 40s) really enjoyed the relaxing, adults-only atmosphere. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and stylish.
The Good:
Service: 5/5! The staff members were incredibly gracious and helpful. Having a WhatsApp chat available for anything we needed was a fantastic touch.
Vibe: The pool was very lively with great music and activities throughout the day.
Drinks: My favorite bar for a well-made drink was the one in the lobby.
Dining Tip: Make all your dining reservations on your first day. This was a lifesaver for us, as we heard other guests complaining about wait times (though they may have been in larger groups).
Things to Know/Improve:
The Rooms: They are showing some wear and tear. Our shower leaked after every use, leaving the bathroom floor constantly wet.
Food & Pool Drinks: While the food was plentiful with a nice variety, the quality was fairly mediocre. Also, the drinks at the pool were far too sweet for my taste.
Cabanas: Reserve your cabana ahead of time! If you wait until the day of, you will find them all taken.
The Beach: The beach is not very swimmable; even the pool staff warned us to be careful if we tried to go in. However, Playa Chileno is an 8-minute drive away and is a great spot for snorkeling.
Summary: Despite a few areas for improvement, we had a wonderful time and I would definitely come back."
