"The rooms are great, staff is wonderful, food is excellent, & it’s such a fun place to stay & play! Abdiel & Andrea gave us a complementary nicer room, which we appreciated! In general, the resort is a party-vibe. I recommend you look up the theme nights & bring your outfits for the parties! "

"Clean room. Amazing staff. Great food. The only issue we had was the lady who received us during the checking, scheduled the dinner on a wrong date, and when we came for dinner all restaurants were fully booked. But the manager at the Italian restaurant found a spot for us. Besides that, everything went perfect. I definitely would come back."

"The experience was disappointing overall. The food didn’t taste fresh. On top of that, some of the Punta bar staff were rude and not very welcoming, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Definitely not a place I’d rush back to."
