"Everything was great. We didn't have the room cleaned while we were there. We gave the workers a break. haha The place was great. Loved the balcony and the view. Also loved the birds and animals just roaming around, even on the balcony. The entertainment was too loud for us because our room was so close. We'll plan it next time. Being able to just roam around and eat and drink anytime was great. Loved the pools and beach. Great massage, too. Everyone was so friendly and nice. All in all we had a wonderful time and well worth the money. My daughter recommended you and did all the booking arrangements. "

"The room was clean, spacious- we had a shower with 2 rainfall heads and a spa tub and a swim out pool. 10/10. The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a drink either at the lobby or dinner lol Everything felt well maintained and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The dining was good, buffet was fresh, room service was great and even had late night snacks. The pool did close at 8 (even our room one) which was odd. The beach had a smell I believe was from the seaweed, which neither of these things affected our time. We found a great travel company on the resort to book to go to Tulum which was about an hour away, recommended for sure. I would definitely recommend this resort. "
