"We love staying at Platinum Yucatán Princess. The staff are simply fabulous. They are so warm and friendly. Food is always good. We love the swim-out suites. You can participate in various activities or just veg poolside with a good book. Access to the sister properties is nice. The beach is not always available because of large amounts of stinky sargassum but that’s nature. While it may not be the most luxurious resort we have stayed at, it meets all of our needs without paying an arm and a leg. Love going back to see our friends Javier, Garameel and many others. "
