"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en el Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya. El resort está muy bien mantenido, con instalaciones hermosas, jardines impecables y un ambiente relajante que realmente invita al descanso. El servicio fue sobresaliente durante toda nuestra estadía. Todo el personal fue amable, atento y profesional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y asegurarse de que disfrutáramos nuestra visita. Tuvimos un inconveniente con una filtración de agua en el área del baño de nuestra habitación. Sin embargo, la situación fue atendida de inmediato por el equipo del hotel, quienes nos trasladaron rápidamente a otra habitación. Aunque finalmente fue de la misma categoría, apreciamos mucho la rapidez y profesionalismo con que resolvieron el problema. La calidad de los restaurantes, las áreas comunes y la atención al detalle hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera muy positiva. Como sugerencia para seguir modernizando las instalaciones, recomendaría considerar la instalación de inodoros automáticos, ya que actualmente siguen siendo manuales. En general, fue una estancia fantástica y sin duda recomendaríamos el Valentin Imperial a familiares y amigos. Esperamos regresar en el futuro."

"Our stay at Secrets Maroma was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. We truly loved this resort and cannot wait to return! What made this trip unforgettable was the exceptional staff. A very special thank you to Mr. Domingo at the French restaurant—his service was outstanding, warm, and genuinely caring. He made us feel at home, and we actually returned to that restaurant just because of him. We highly recommend asking for Domingo if you visit. We would also like to recognize Mr. Freddy at the World Café. His attention to detail and consistent kindness were exceptional. Every visit felt special because of his service. Another highlight was Mr. Miguel at Seaside Grill and Oceana. His kindness and hospitality were amazing and made every dining experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Chef Francisco at the Hibachi restaurant—by far the best hibachi chef we have ever experienced. His energy, talent, and incredible show made dinner an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of our stay. Beyond the staff, the resort is impeccable. The facilities are beautiful and very well maintained, the food is excellent, and the entertainment shows were very fun. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to book tours and excursions directly at the resort with knowledgeable staff, making everything seamless and safe. We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and it was everything we hoped for and more."

"I traveled with family and friends, and we really enjoyed our stay at Paradisus. The resort was excellent, with great customer service, a variety of food options and restaurants, and plenty of activities for kids. The only issue we experienced was the strong seaweed odor, which I understand is seasonal and beyond the resort's control. The staff worked hard to clean the beach every day, but unfortunately the beach remained closed and unusable during our stay. We also noticed coatis roaming around the property looking for food. They were not aggressive and did not bother anyone, but it was something I wasn't expecting. Overall, both of these concerns were related to nature and not the resort itself. We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this resort to others."

"We had an excellent stay at this resort and truly enjoyed our vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The servers at the buffet restaurant were especially wonderful—always kind, professional, and very attentive. We ate at the buffet most of the time because the food was always fresh, delicious, and offered a wide variety of options to satisfy every taste and dietary preference. The entertainment team also did an amazing job organizing fun activities throughout the day and evening, keeping guests of all ages engaged, happy, and entertained. The resort was extremely clean, the amenities were very well maintained. The only disappointment was the amount of sargassum on the beach. We were lucky enough to enjoy the ocean for the first four days, but during the last three days it was impossible to swim because so much seaweed had washed ashore. As it accumulated, it began to rot and created a very unpleasant smell. We were surprised that the beach wasn’t cleaned more frequently. That said, this did not ruin our vacation. We still had a fantastic time and would absolutely return in the future. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we have already recommended this resort to our friends, who will be visiting next month. Overall, we highly recommend this resort for its outstanding service, cleanliness, delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional staff"
