"Me and my friend absolutely loved our stay!! The property is absolutely gorgeous, by far the prettiest place I’ve stayed. All of the staff are so friendly and kind. The food is delicious. El Hacienda Encantada is a safe resort that is perfect for all types of travelers. There’s much to do on and off the property. If you’re looking for things near by, there is a shuttle that will take you to the marina that is just 15 minutes. The hotel can also assist with booking any excursions. I highly recommend coming to this resort!!! "

"The location of this property is perfect! The hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. I like the fact that you can choose what days you want to stay all-inclusive, especially if you don’t plan on staying around the hotel on certain days. The food was decently good but nothing extraordinary. Drinks were also good for not being anything top shelf. Very happy with our stay regardless. The property was also decently quiet for being nearby liveliness on the marina. Very safe and in walking distance to pretty much everything; restaurants, night life, the beach and the mall as well. "
