"Lo peor nunca más 45 minutos para el buffet poder comer una vez que entra la comida súper mala demasiadas personas yo le doy 2 estrellas las piscinas están en muy mal estado con huecos en el fondo no hay nada que hacer por la noche porque no tiene show y mucho menos discoteca nunca más en esta propiedad no botes tu dinero"

"The Hyatt Vivid was fabulous!!! This was our first time there… we have visited other resorts in the past 15 yrs, we’ve been to the El Dor…, The Valen….. Imp…, The Ri. Pa…, and I will say, we really loved the atmosphere at the Vivid. Food and drinks were great! The staff was on point.. especially Roberto by the pool (5 Stars for him!) Fonzi and Ezekiel were amazing bartenders!!!! We loved the activities and the entertainment by the pool during the day and the shows at night were Amazing!!!!! Fifth Avenue was just a 2 minute walk which we always visit and it was so nice not to have to get a taxi to get there. The entire resort was emaculate and so easy and convenient to get around. The rooms were huge, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the ac kept us cool at night, ( usually an issue at other resorts) We enjoyed the mixture of all ages ( no kids) there! We will definitely be back for sure!!! The Vivid did not disappoint!!"

"We stayed at Paradisus Playa del Carmen and overall had a great experience, especially for families with kids. We arrived around 12:30pm after an early flight and were exhausted, but unfortunately had to wait over 3 hours for our room. That was definitely a rough start, especially since we were tired and ready to settle in. We were traveling with almost 4 year old twins. We booked a swim-out room and the first one we were assigned was disappointing. It was in a shaded corner and didn’t have a lounger like many of the other swim-outs. Thankfully, the staff was very accommodating and moved us to another room that was much better and made a huge difference in our stay. The service throughout the resort was outstanding. Everyone was genuinely kind, helpful, and attentive. The kids’ amenities and activities were over the top and one of the biggest highlights of the trip. If you’re traveling with children, this resort really shines. They checked on us constantly which made us feel well taken care of. The pools could have been a little cleaner at times and the beach was honestly the biggest downside. There was extreme seaweed both on the beach and in the water, and the smell was pretty unpleasant. That said, we understand that’s nature and not something the resort can fully control. Despite a few hiccups, we had a very enjoyable stay and would absolutely return — especially with the twins."

"We had an incredible stay at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious choices at every restaurant. The entire property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and one of the cleanest resorts we have ever visited. The staff truly made our vacation special. Every employee was friendly, professional, and always eager to help. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The entertainment was outstanding, with fun daytime activities and excellent evening shows that were enjoyable and professionally produced. If you're looking for a resort with amazing food, beautiful surroundings, exceptional service, and top-quality entertainment, Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is the perfect choice. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!"

"I’ve been to lots of resorts before, but this one is a bit unique. The mascot is a penguin super cute the scented toilet paper 😂 they sprayed your bed and robe with a scented linen spray loved it! When leaving the room in the evening, they would come in and prepare your room for bed. I never had a bad meal. From the restaurant manager Augustin who greeted us every day knew us by name. All the sweet servers Jonathan, Victor, Lazaro attention to detail they made my mom’s birthday so memorable. Also the pool servers Gerard and Jose are so attentive I will miss every single one of them. Never went to the beach due to the storms, but overall the breathless views of the beach and resort 10/10. I joined there subscription so I can travel all there other resorts worldwide. But I can’t wait to revisit Devossion in playa never disappointed. Cheers!"
