The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff overall was helpful and very attentive when first checking in. However there was an issue with the free breakfast. There was nobody around when we were ready to have breakfast and the person who prepared it insisted that I pay extra for milk for my coffee. They later apologized and provided the milk but it was an unpleasant situation. Overall the place is nice and quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The property was very clean. They provide 2 towels, one washcloth for 2 people. The staff was nice. We had to text through Whatsapp our breakfast order. They had 4 breakfast options and were delivered to our room or at the patio which had no view. Very close to everything. We recommend!

Hotel Casa Bella was in a great location in Antigua close to restaurants and a park. I wish the room was a little cleanier and could have used some touches to the paint and a few things we're outdated. Good for a quick stay, but unfortunately not my favorite stay, especially for the price. The front staff was also nice.

We were in the apartment, which was Ć  large space for our family to spread out, including our own kitchen. I donā€™t think itā€™s as updated as the rest of the hotel, but it certainly worked for us. Plus, we were lucky to get to watch the New Yearā€™s fireworks from the rooftop patio! Also, Elvis was a wonderful help, assisting with our travel, dining and more.
