Hotels with Airport Shuttle in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur

"Pros: The hotel is in a good area where restaurants and stores are convenient to get to. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The hotel has amazing views but you could also get that anywhere on the strip. There is access to a swim-able beach and you can hang out in Tamara beach club to avoid vendors. Cons: The bed is very uncomfortable and hard. The amenities for the price of the hotel are not worth the stay. The hotel has a couple of restaurants and beach clubs but the prices are way overpriced, you're better going off site to eat or drink. Lastly, neither on the hotel's site or expedia is there mention of a $200 per night deposit which we found out upon checking in."

"We loved hanging out in the pool area, eating tacos from the outside grill or the lunch buffet and stopping by the outdoor bar from time to time. They always have something going on and you can go to the Santa Fe and do the wsterslides if yiu have kids."

"Only two complaints, people put towels on chairs at 5 am and don’t show up until 1-2pm so hard to find a lounge chair. When making reservations for a restaurant you can only make it for the number of people in your room, so we had to always go to the concierge’s. Everything else was great!"

"We opted for the all inclusive plan. It's a little confusing once there, because they have to cater to others NOT doing all inclusive or on a meal plan or time share holders. So you have to sign a check for every "purchase" you make. I have double checked our credit card account to make sure that no charges have been made, as they hold a card for $10,000 pesos (approx $563 usd) for damage deposit. No charges, just confusing and a little nerve racking. Made it somewhat hard for me personally to relax. The rooms were nice! Just remember to put the do not disturb sign out whenever you are in your room. Housekeeping would come frequently to ask about refilling towels and to clean, all houra of the day and night. If you don't answer immediately on the 2nd knock, they come in. One night we were all in bed sleeping, the other my kids were just getting changed for bed. The resort is very nice and clean. Their food is all amazing! Even our picky eaters loved it all! Staff were all so nice and accommodating. "

"Location great in the marina area in Cabo. Rooms very outdated, tons of little flies in the rooms. Probably one of the dirtiest properties I've stayed at in Cabo, been visiting for 10 years now. Pool area was dirty, rooms never fully cleaned and the kids pool was gross. Also, in the kids area the "family bathroom" the workers use, so every time when taking my toddler to the bathroom a worker would come out and it was always dirty. Better properties in this area to stay at. "
