The service is incredible and our concierge Bernardo made our stay even more magical The beaches, rooms and facilities are clean with a lot of added amenities in the hotel. "This is my second time staying at this property. The property is awesome and very clean. The entertainment crew does a really good job, keeping guests engaged in the daily activities. They have party’s u can go to on different property of Riu. They provide a shuttle there and back. Customer service is amazing. Food is good. Roger in the lounge bar was cool, offered great customer service at the bar and always had a positive attitude even when he was the only bartender working still made sure all guest were served. But everyone that work at this property customer service was excellent. Overall 10/10"
