"The room is not what is portrayed online. The room is damaged. The bathroom ceiling didn’t even have a ceiling. It had drywall screwed together and falling apart. There was no hot water. I let maintenance know. Toilet cover was also broken every time to use the toilet I’d almost fall in. Bedsheets had holes from burns the looks of it. "Location is key, this room is located towards the center of hotel zone, buses will take you back and foward the entire area, playa Tortuga and the ferry to go to isla mujeres are across the street, area is heavy militarized for safety. Great vacation, this place was very affordable and enjoyable, I would stay there again if available in a couple of years."
