We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful. Especially when we came back with heavy luggage. My only complaint was the buffet line needed way more than was served. You would eat breakfast and still be very hungry due to the limited options presented. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

My stay was very nice overall, and I enjoyed my time at the property. The only issue I experienced was that many of the staff members did not speak English, which created a language barrier and made communication difficult at times. Aside from that, the service was good, and I had a pleasant stay.

Overall, the property is a great stay for the value. I would stay again. There is a 24 hour restaurant on the property, bakery and cafe room service and complementary breakfast. The breakfast items were pretty good. The fruit and the fresh juices were my favorites. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean; the furniture was just a bit uncomfortable; but certainly not a deal breaker. I didn't use the Casino. This property is located on the perimeter of El Cangrejo. It's lively and just steps from at least 10 restaurants. Overall solid property and I would stay again.

Great hotel, good location, nice pool and bar. The problem was the breakfast. They didn’t plan to have food for the whole breakfast period and it was very disappointing, even 30 min before the end I could only get scraps or potatoes, no eggs whatsoever. It felt poorly managed.

Let me start with the Staff, they were professional, courteous, very respectful, and they attend to your needs as it was theirs. Hard to see and find nowadays! The Premises were cleaned and looked astonishing. My Room was taking of all the time, and the young lady doing it was very kind and respectful! The Meals were fantastic and delicious! Breakfast has an assortment of choices for everyone! The location of the Hotel is perfect for those that like going shopping, because of the variety of stores in the area! For those that like the nightlife, there are places that you could go by walking to and from; or taking a short ride in a cab! The area is beautiful and loaded with all kinds of stores, restaurants, malls, and transportation! I certainly have a very good time and I recommended to all!
