"We had a wonderful stay at Palace Peninsula. The staff is amazing--from kind hosts & waiters, hardworking custodial staff kept the property clean, everyone was helpful. Pool parties were fun & lively with people of all ages. Water shoes were great for the pool parties (not necessary though). Wide variety of entertainment available including art/painting, fitness & games. Food was very good & beautiful presentation. "

"First of all I was upset when I got to the Hotel and I was told that I was only intitle to one up grade not two like I had in the pass ( if availed ) Many times and their concierge barabare was very rude and when others who have seen us there many times before ( employees) tryed to tell her to shut up she got even ruber. then I was charge 60 dollars for two rooms for the property sewer stuff when i though the total was only 50.00 something and I try to tell her that she got really mad at me. "

" No need to leave the resort at all. Nice people stayin at the hotel and the staff is just perfect. However, much to desire when it comes about the dining restaurants. Good ambience to talk and chill but the service there is just slow as fudge. Very understaffed for the asian steakhouse or italian. The mexican is the contrary and it seems they do it on porpuse as they said “to leave the name of their county high up” Good variety of food in the resort overall but the flavors are just simple Great drinks Again service kindness and willingess to help is top notch"

"Just need to dial in the transportation from airport to resort, the only issue we had the whole trip was our transportation. Other than that we are completely happy with our stay"
