"Wow! What a beautiful resort. The staff was so kind and attentive. Everything was spotless. The music was very relaxing. The pool and jacuzzi were heated, which was nice, since it was a bit chilly in the afternoon and at night. We only ate breakfast while we were there, but it was AMAZING! So fresh and delicious. Also, the area that the resort is located is super charming. There are small cafes, beach clubs, restaurants and boutiques, but not an overwhelming amount of noise and people. We will definitely be back!"

"My stay at Milam was great. Quiet and relaxing. The food and service is excellent. The staff was very accommodating. At one point I had misplaced my wallet and they went as far as checking the security cameras to see what I did with it when I finished my breakfast. They confirmed I put it in a certain pocket which helped me find it. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"Was a truly wonderful hotel, from the rooms to the staff to the service everything here was an amazing experience. Found the staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating with top notch service and the hotel is very well located with a gorgeous stretch of beach area and walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in tulum. Highly recommended!!!"
