"The property is exactly as advertised. It is a bargain for its location, just 3 blocks from 5th Avenue and from the beach in the very nice and modern Colonia Zazhil-Ha. There are some very nice outdoor spaces, a plunge pool, and the room is well appointed comfortable. There’s a Roku TV, a coffeemaker, refrigerator, hot plate, breakfast bar, AC, even a book shelf with books. when you’re in Playa, you probably won’t spend much time in your room, but it’s nice to have a comfy, affordable option...

"The hotel was not wear hotels.com said it would be. I called the hotel and the receptionist would not tell me the location of the hotel. Kudos to hotel.com for upgrading me from a $60 a night hotel to a $225 a night hotel in a fabulous location."

"I like the place. It has all I need for a stay in playa de Carmen. A microwave, bed, aircon and a nice bathroom. It's 6 blocks from the beach and near the pedestrian street where the restaurants and stores are"

"The top pool was always under maintenance, the place conditions can improve 10x within very little budget, internet it is something you cannot count on it. I was working during my stay and it was a big disappointment and hustle for me. On the other hand, it's located in a great area, staff was willing to help but no actions were taken, I had problems with my aircon. Kept dripping water on my eye all night long. Over all it was a Ok experience."
