"This is an amazing property with a fancy Japanese Toto toilet and other modern amenities like a control panel for lights and blinds. The only downside is the cheaper rooms overlook a parking lot. Definitely book an ocean view room if you care about the view or ask to be moved to a higher floor. Excellent customer service with an infinity pool that overlooks a peak-a-boo ocean view. "This was my first time staying here and I can't wait to return! We stayed on the eighth floor and it was so relaxing. There is a mini fridge and a microwave in the room which comes in handy when you want to bring food back. You literally wake up to birds chirping and they even visit you on the lanai. This is the perfect hotel if you want to unwind and relax. "

"The property needs renovation but it is in a great location. I found most of the staff super friendly, warm, and helpful. This is a lively hotel with music and things happening until about midnight. I really like the hotel, with my only complaint that there is the stench of weed in the hallways and balconies many times a day. I came for fresh sea air and plumeria, not weed."
