"Staff was very helpful and accommodating very friendly. Great location but wouldn’t stay here again. We encountered 2 roaches . One on our floor outside of elevator and one in our bathroom. Although they do have a warning sign in our room it would be great to know beforehand. We’ve stayed at the hotel next door last vacation and they didn’t have any of these sightings."

"Pleasantly surprised. Reviews were mixed at best. It’s not new, not fancy, not updated, but its staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Their breakfast buffets are great and while their location is close to the airport, not so much to Honolulu or a beach. However, their public transit is just outside their front door, and with the HOLO pass Waikiki is 40 minutes away. It may not be what you want, but it met our needs and we would return again with their welcome mat waiting with a sincere Aloha. Mark"
