"First time we used Ala Moana Hotel. Hotel room was very clean refrigerator and microwave was clean able to use it without any problems. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located next to the mall which is convenient just walk across the bridge for dining and shopping. We will go back to the hotel again on next trip to Oahu."

"Apart from the friendly staff (front desk, facilities, housekeeping) and the overall cleanliness of the property and rooms (quiet and spacious as well!), what I appreciate most about this hotel is that they have a very affordable parking rate compared to the rest of Waikiki hotels at $30.00/night or $25.00/night as a Wyndham Rewards Member. Also, Ramada Plaza Hotel does not charge a resort fee, although they do have an on-site fitness center and a pool. I appreciate that, thank you so much 👍🙏"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort! The location right on Waikiki Beach is unbeatable, and the grounds are sprawling and beautiful. With five different pools, incredible dining options right on-site, easy access to the saltwater lagoon, and the famous Friday night fireworks, there is always plenty to do. Just a heads-up for future guests regarding amenities: Expedia lists a steam room and sauna, but the resort does not actually have a steam room or sauna available. Overall, it is a wonderful place for a trip to Oahu, and we would definitely return!"

"The staff provided exceptional service, particularly Micah, Jones, and James in the cultural center. Their contributions significantly enhanced my experience, and I anticipate returning due to their outstanding efforts. The hotel's location is highly advantageous, situated directly across from the beach and in close proximity to dining and retail establishments. The pool area remains a personal highlight during my stays. Regarding the longboard food service, I recommend a review of pricing relative to the available options, as I found the current offering to be of limited value. Furthermore, I observed inconsistencies in the thoroughness of housekeeping services. To ensure consistent quality, I suggest implementing a supervisory inspection protocol for cleaned rooms. Despite these minor points, I would still consider returning to this establishment."

"La proximité de l’aéroport et le service de navettes est vraiment bien lors de séjour après ou avant un vol mais pas pour des vacances. Le déjeuner inclus est parfait buffet avec beaucoup de diversité. La dame à l’accueil n’a pas de façon, pas de sourire et lors de notre séjour une des deux ascenseurs était non fonctionnel donc beaucoup d’attente ."
