"Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Waikiki was overall pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, I like that there is a microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker inthe room. Although the pillows were too soft for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was a big plus, making it easy to get around. There are Bus stops near the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is also a plus. There were a few minor issues, like one of the elevator is not working and also the ice maker on our floor, but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. With a few improvements, this place could be even better. We would consider staying here again."

"The location from the airport is good. We stayed two different nights and each night. The air conditioning did not work. Every time we went to have breakfast at least 45 minutes before closing time, they ran out of food."
