"We were told we needed to bring our luggage up the escalators by ourselves. As two older women traveling, this was not appropriate. There is no elevator on the ground floor. Awful!!"

"I stayed here for 1 night only since I arrived late at night before I joined my family the next day on anothet property. I arrived and there was a bunch of teenage boys all standing in the front smoking weed, then went to check in and the front desk lady was calling security on a room that was being to loud, the property is old, dark and sketchy…….okay for students or people on a budget."
