"The property was conveniently located in the heart of the city. While the amenities could get quite busy, the towels were sometimes in short supply. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and appeared busy, but my housekeeper was a true bright spot, always maintaining a cheerful attitude. She was always smiling and welcoming us, which really made a difference."
