"We liked the sizeable rooms, the proximity to the Ala Moana shopping centre (though it's a bit of an odd walk through a carpark to get there), the friendly staff, and the pool. The hotel felt a bit pricey for what it was, but we still enjoyed our stay."

"Room was clean but the refrigerator door was broken prevent it from closing completely so this made it difficult to open the sliding door to the closet for hanging our clothes. The bedding needs improvement. The mattress is not comfortable. Could be more plush. The bed linen was clean but not impressive."

"The pool was great- we were there during an unfortunately windy time but it would normally be the place to be! The rooms (specifically the bathroom) are a little outdated but the bed and bedding was excellent! Very cozy and comfortable. The food was amazing!!! Seriously some delicious stuff on the pool bar menu. We also enjoyed the ramen place. It was unfortunate that the nicer restaurant was being worked on so the options became a little repetitive after a few days. Overall we had a blast."

"Staff was very helpful and accommodating very friendly. Great location but wouldn’t stay here again. We encountered 2 roaches . One on our floor outside of elevator and one in our bathroom. Although they do have a warning sign in our room it would be great to know beforehand. We’ve stayed at the hotel next door last vacation and they didn’t have any of these sightings."
