"The room was nice and the breakfast was good. The staff was great and very accommodating with hurricane Lala hitting the area. I could rate them lower because the elevator was out of service part of the time, but with all the rain creating the issue, I don't know if it was something that could have been avoided. They booked us for an additional night and assured us we would not be charged if we had to cancel since our cruise ship was not providing the necessary communication as to our ability for boarding on our scheduled day. We were pleased to have the room one more night since our cruise did get delayed one day."

"The staff was very courteous and helpful with every thing. The room service was amazing and went out of there way to help and have things cleaned up and provided towels or anything else I needed. The shops and restaurants were great but the coffee shop was awesome!"
