"Very basic. Our room never got dark light from outside lite our room all night. You can hear all noise outside. It was humid in room with a window unit only. Bed was not comfortable. Staff very nice. For one night it was fine."

"The staff were great. I highly recommend taking advantage of the food. Ate all my meals for a week at the hotel and decided to treat myself to the Buffet one night. Glad I didn’t miss out on this treat! Exceptional. I had worked in a good hotel for 10 years in my younger years and very impressed with service in every department. Mahalo"

"Staff willing to help you out with early check-in or late checkout, but may cost money. Concierge helped plan the entire week of activities, pricey but worth not thinking about it since she explained all the pros and cons and logistics. Very clean room and they ran a generator when there was a hurricane that downed power lines so there was no disruption. Pool very clean, room also so clean. Location was perfect!"

"We had a wonderful stay at ʻAlohilani Resort Waikiki Beach. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the ocean view was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!"
