We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to honor our requests for a high-floor room and a washlet toilet—something rarely available outside Japan. Absolutely loved my stay! The room and bathroom were spacious and spotless, the location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend!

This was my first time in Hawaii. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Centric. It made navigating through the city on foot accessible. If I stay in Waikiki again, I would recommend staying here again!

Staff were extremely helpful. The only drawback was the view from the 1st room lower level so I upgraded to a higher floor to get a better view.
