"First of all, the rooms are very small, almost like a cruise ship stateroom. The area has lots of homeless people hanging around. The restaurant is no bargain. $18 for 2 pancakes seems excessive to me, even for Hawaii."

"Absolutely loved my stay! The only thing I was thrown off about was an extra fifty eight dollar charge when checking in and a separate deposit charge of two hundred and fifty. Currently still awaiting my money back on that."
"The rooms are in the hotel Ala Moana but the room is owned by Zelloo. The first day we got there, i let them know that the TV was not working and they said they will update me on when they will fix it, and no response regarding the TV after that. I messaged them that the toilet was clogged and no response from them. I had to go buy a plunger and unclog the toilet myself. We stayed there for 5 days and on day 2 we had no more clean towels left. I messaged them and was told to go to the pool and...

The staff were consistently responsive and kind, answering all of our questions and taking care of our needs throughout our stay. The room was clean, but unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable—hard as a rock—and the shower was very small. 1) tile ceiling is outdated. There are some gaps and holes.
- gaps on AC exhausts to the wall attachment
- street noise is too much sometimes but this can be fix with dual pane Window. Just suggestion.
- no ramp for luggage
