"Stayed in the Rainbow tower. Our room was recently renovated. Beautiful, clean room. The down pillows were not so comfortable. Elevators could be crazy at times. The fact that our hotel was right on the water made for a relaxing stay. It genuinely felt like a resort pushed out on the edge of the city. "

"It was a nice hotel. I made the mistake of thinking it was in the beach. But it was right across. There was a prom event where I was told 500 people attended. Not sure if that number was right but the garage was full and had to valet. It was so busy that it took 30 mins to get to the hotel…from 3 blocks away. Wish they would have warned guests. "

"Breakfast was ok. Pool was small elevator was busy. Nice location for the area. Washer and dryer nice staff"

"The elevator situation was horrible in the morning. We were on the 30th floor, with only 2 elevators working, and sometimes we waited for over 30 minutes before we could get down. I have bad knees and taking the stairs unfortunately was not an option. Other than that, it was amazing, great view, and great location"

"Location isn't too bad. 15min walk to Ala Moana Shopping Centre . A bit noisy at night with some machine turning on/off in regular intervals."
