Best Western The Plaza Hotel Honolulu Airport - Free Breakfast

"Unfortunately one of the elevators was broken leaving only one functioning. This made it very difficult to get to our room. On one occasion we had to wait 10 minutes (if not longer) before we were able to get on the elevator to get to our room. Also, the breakfast set up is very clunky. It was a very long line with a lot of people coming at the same time in a very narrow window (2 hours) to be able to eat. It was hard to get a table, hard to get the food because you couldn't really tell where the lines started. Food was good, but not worth the hassle."

"The staff were very helpful. I had other activities planned for the day and it was convenient to drop off me bags prior to checking in. J was directed to the bellboys for help. They take your information and temporarily store your luggage. Thanks, Roberto"

"Valet parking was a challenge and they ran out of room nightly. Location on Waikiki Beach is central and convenient. Wooden doors in room were pretty worn down from age. I liked the shopping amenities in the lobby. I don’t think it’s worth the extra money to stay here with the upgrades needed. Alohi’lani was much nicer for less money last time and no hassle with Valet."

"Sheraton Hotel Waikiki is our stay of choice! As of now, the hotel, the staff, the location and its entirety has been great. Hopefully it continues to remain as such! Pool next to the beach is amazing! Highly recommended!"

"Staff was very helpful, Not a fancy hotel but everything you need to enjoy the beach. One block to beach. All shops right there. They have all beach toys you might ever need. Great coffee bar. They have all only down side was the kaoreoke bar was right below my room so they provided me with earplugs."
