"El check in y out muy lento en ambos tuve haciendo una cola larga. El desayuno no fue bueno poco para elegir y muy condimentada. Está al frente de la playa con una avenida al mediopero no hay reposeras, la piscina es chica el personal amable."

"We came in just after the Hurricane Lala hit the island. The power was out, the elevator was down, people were trying to book extra nights. It was a frustrating, stressful situation for the staff. And despite all the problems, they were kind, courteous, tried to meet all the customers at their level of frustration with a smile and as many options as possible. Once the hotel was back online, all of the staff from the front desk, housekeeping were friendly and always asked if we need anything."
