"Property is older but kept clean and the staff is wonderful. Only real complaint was we were placed in the back portion of the hotel in the second floor and there are no elevator so we needed to haul our luggage up two flights of stairs. Also awakened at 3:30 am by refuse trucks emptying dumpsters on the side street which the rooms faced"

"This was a great day a really good base for Waikiki. It was near a really quiet beach but also only a 25 minute walk away from the centre of Waikiki and the Waikiki Beach. The service was impeccable. The food was absolutely amazing. We had a great time we would stay there"

"We loved our stay at the Surfrider. We felt right at home, even in a busy area. The property was always clean and right on the beach. We could always get something to eat and drink quickly and it was delicious. Live music everyday, was great. We had our 2.5 year old with us and they provided a crib. We will definitely be staying here again."
