"In a slightly quieter area of Tokyo but within walking distance of several subway stations. Some restaurants and kombinis are also nearby. The hotel was nice and quiet and the room was comfortable but a little tight with 2 suitcases and no space to put them."

"Staff in the lobby was very helpful. Called a taxi when ever we needed and walked us out to it. Helpful with directions and made us feel welcome. "

"Would definitely recommend this hotel! It is right next to the Shinagawa station making getting around the city very easy. Additionally, when you get rained out, this hotel has a bowling alley, which was a good use of our time when it was pouring rain. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we would come back next time We are in Tokyo."

"If you are going to the Disney resort, this hotel is very convenient because it has free transportation to the Disney train and the Maihama station. If your plan is to visit Tokyo or just walk and start exploring, this hotel is a bit further from any other destination. My kids were disappointed the outside pool was closed and that you have to pay an extra fee to use the inside pool and is only open from 10am - 5pm. Thee hotel is beautiful and you get immersed in the Disney magic."

"Our stay was truly a memorable one. The staff were very accommodating, courteous, and provided exceptional service. Our baby had caught a cold, and the manager on duty was so helpful getting us to see a doctor. Situations like this can be very stressful when in another country. The manager was very kind and helpful during our little emergency. Our baby was better in a few days. "
