Super Dusty, so my husbands allergies worsened. No place to hang towels in bathroom. Although there is an underground tunnel that connects to Shinjuku station, it is a 10 minute walk to station. Underground tunnel is great when its raining though. The best part was there were lots of dining options, 3 convenient stores, and a karaoke spot. Also, the Airport limousine stops in front of the hotel and it's easy to get a taxi at the hotel. Staff was professional and provided good service.

Further from main station and the where all the actions were at, but hotel was nice and quiet. They said there’s self check in available, but staff wouldn’t let you. We went to self check in where there were no one, but the staff told us to get in line at the front desk; once we got there, they directed us back to self-check in which was odd. We ended up waiting 15mins just to check in ourselves, but other than that, it was good.

Dining options at B1 was great and convenient. I did not like that there was no room safe. There's a Lobby safe right in the open at the front desk level. I can't sleep at night leaving my valuables out of my sight. Room temp was quite chilly. There's an a/c room dial for low, medium & high, but they told us it's centrally controlled.
