We could not have chosen a better place to stay for our family's first trip to Japan. The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated throughout, and the staff members were friendly and helpful. One of our favorite aspects of our stay was the free breakfast buffet. The atmosphere was delightful, and there was enough variety in the food to suit all of our different tastes. The bathhouse amenities were a close second, and we made sure to stop by every evening to rest after a long day of exploring Tokyo. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the train station, and there are several restaurants and stores in the area as well if you're looking to stock up on snacks and beverages. Overall, we would be more than happy to stay here again if we ever returned to Tokyo.

The hotel is very new and beautiful. There is a family mart downstairs, which is very convenient. The location is actually quite remote. Apart from izakaya (smoking is allowed, not suitable for the elderly and children), there are no delicious restaurants nearby. There was hair and a disgusting smell on the pillows in one of the rooms, which was changed the next day without apology.

Inside Tokyo Station, you can take the JR Keiyo Line and get to the hotel after 3 stops. The hotel is across the street from the Shiomi Station. The entrance to the hotel is around half a block from the Shiomi Station. Since people can get to Tokyo Disney via JR Keiyo Line, there are quite a few Disney visitors staying in the hotel. Shiomi Station is in a quiet neighborhood, with a small supermarket, a few restaurants, and quite a few hotels. One thing worth mentioning is that inside the Tokyo Station, JR Keiyo Line is quite far from other trains and subway lines. You may have to walk 15 minutes or more underground to get to other trains. The facility of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are great and spacious. The breakfast included with the room is excellent, offering many Japanese and Western choices inside a beautiful dining room. The hotel has a laundry on the second floor, with 5 pairs of modest-sized washers and dryers. You need to bring a phone with internet connection enabled and airplane mode off to pay for the washers and dryers. You also need to bring your own detergents.
