I love the location of this hotel, near to train station or walkable to Shinjuku station. Also very near to Gyoen park. It's also in a quiet area of Shinjuku. Lots of cafes and food around the area. The room was smaller than I expected. If you're coming from a long flight and have big luggage, it ...
Clean, nice modern room and lounge. Hotel is within walking distance of central Shinjuku and close to a train station. Good access. The only negative was that the hallway smelled like smoke.
Outstanding hotel, the service was impeccable, the workout room and pool beautiful and the various food outlets amazing. A wonderful experience. I believe this hotel to have the worlds best toilets, absolutely the Michelin three star experience of Asia except BETTER!
I love this place. It has a swimming pool and onsen. I wish I knew before we spent a night there. It was clean, too. Much better than APA hotel in other places
The room was very clean and well-equipped with quality amenities. I would stay there again if the rate is acceptable.
Location was great! Staff was very polite and the hotel was very clean.
Everything was clean and service was polite. We had issues booking bus tickets from the convenient store across the street (and we couldn't with the employees at the store) and the front desk staff gladly extended their help.
