While Shinjuku is a convenient place to stay, the area directly around the hotel is dirty. But the hotel s inside is clean. Also the terrace was closed to see the Godzilla head.

Hotel is beautiful, close to train & Donki, kids loved it. Small rooms as expected in Japan. However, going out at night with kids is not advised, it’s the red light district.

The check in and check out process was easy. The location is extremely convenient close to Shinjuku station, shopping, and dining areas. The room is small but I imagine it is the norm for all most Tokyo hotels.

Breakfast was the worst we had in any place in Japan, the hotel itself was fine, bed a bit hard. In general the location is great, especially for those who want to be in the centre of the party-going in Tokyo.

Amazing property, the Godzilla head and theme adds a lot of character, though the outside lounge was closed when I visited. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the rooms were very clean. The area is very convenient to get around to other parts of Tokyo, I would highly reccomend this hotel.

Excellent location with many dining options to choose from. walkable distance from shinjuku station. Great customer service. Rooms are small and not recommend with the kids. People drink on the street and trash everywhere if you go out early in the morning.

The overall stay is good. Just a bit disappointed that we cannot access to the Godzilla patio. Wish there were more decoration on the Godzilla floor!
