Staff were very welcoming and nice. A plus for free shuttle to and from Airport as well as Downtown and Aeon Mall. Onsite pharmacy and Family Mart was a plus. Walkable to the airport Terminal 3. Laundry onsite was very good, the dryers a lot better than most hotels dryers. They even have onsite compression services for your goodies that you brought and cheaper than other places.

Our family stayed for one night. This place is conveniently close to the hotel with shuttle pick up. The hotel also have a pharmacy and family mart in the lobby area. Hands down the perfect hotel to stay in following a trip into Narita. Classy. Clean. Quiet. And a full restaurant on the premises serving breakfast and dinner buffets.
