I was travelling with my kids that are both under 15 and was told they could not use the pool. The pool is for 20 years+. Very disappointing for the kids. This information should have been clearly noted prior to booking.

Close to Shinjuku. Shuttle bus to the station at the front of the hotel every 15-20 minutes. Staff and service were fantastic and the Park Suite was amazing. A very comfortable stay! Breakfast buffet was pleasing too.
