Also advertising of what is available. For example stating there will be a turndown service etc. when there is none, bottled water available daily is infact a large bottle in kitchen. No jug initally for boiling water for tea or coffee and coffee filters supplied but no coffee maker. The staff on site during day do there best...

Tiles around the pool extremely slippery,they do have slipp mats to walk on. Other than that great hotel and staff. Music every night so be prepared for a show or loud music. Cooking class was great. Security at the gates either side good location"
