This is a great basic hotel. They even have a gym. The rooms are small but comfortable. My only suggestion would be maybe an extra pillow. I will definitely stay there again.

The ametities were great and the shopping mall directly connects to the hotel. There is also Ariake Station conveniently located next to this hotel as well. If you are visting Tokyo but don’t want to live in the city centre, I would highly recommend this place!

The room was spotless, the staff were very kind and helpful. Check-in is very simple and very fast. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The free shuttle service to Tokyo Station was a fantastic perk! Being connected to the Mall made it very easy to visit the vast food court and shopping area. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Ideal hotel because the hotel is fantastic and it is right next to Ariake Garden Mall. The hotel restaurant is a must do and the rooms are clean and large enough to move around. It is a convenient location and I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay. Check-In was very fast. Warm inviting lobby as always. Staff at front desk very welcoming and warm as well. Restaurants in hotel and some in close proximity.... short walk to train station. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of options, no complaints…. Wonderful service as always. Gym facilities and equipment are enough to get by over your stay. Room is clean and well maintained. Lots of space for storage. Mini fridge, Hot water kettle in room and microwave next to vending machine in case you need. Fluffy towels and available body-wash, conditioner and shampoo are very good. Our stay at Villa Fontaine was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after long days of exploring Tokyo. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with directions, transportation, and any questions we had. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to get around the city. The rooms were well-maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was despite being in such a busy city. I would absolutely stay at Villa Fontaine again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.
