Hanoi indochine Premium is in heart of old quarters, surrounded with all facilities for shopping, various restaurants, money exchange, Jennie initiated WhatsApp chat after my booking confirmation and was very helpful in advising tours, arranging our shuttle from Airport, rooms are comfortable and nice, breakfast has several options.

Very very very happy and friendly staff! We were leaving for 3 nights and coming back and they allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel which was brilliant help. All the staff including Okami & Mia,Cendy really made our stay extra special with how helpful they were. We arrived back late and they allowed us a late check out free of charge which really helped us catch up on much needed sleep. Highly recommend staying here thank you.
