"The hotel in total is very good, Swimming pools area is amazing. Food is very good for breakfast and dinner but lunch need to be improved, the hotel is very close to the hotel zone area about 4 minutes driving. Starbucks has a very good coffee and it is free."

"being using this hotel since 2012! I like its big size and high ceiling rooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient located near plaza de armas, cathedral, theaters and museums. Only dark spot is a bar located infront of it, ask for a back room to avoid music noice."

The room was spotless every day — a huge thank‑you to Carman for the amazing work and attention to detail. It truly made the room feel welcoming and comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, and we looked forward to dining each day. What meant the most to us was how the team helped make our first wedding anniversary unforgettable. Their kindness and small thoughtful touches made the celebration feel personal and truly special. It’s something we’ll always remember. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
