"Beautiful place! Amazing staff. Well designed. The people working there are great. Everyone of them. The view is breathtaking. The only thing bothering us was the sewer smell. At times was very strong. Overall great experience. Definitely we will coming back. Thanks Riu and everyone make easy and enjoyable our stay. "

"The food at the à la carte restaurants was quite good, but the buffet could be improved, as the food was often served cold. It would be beneficial to add more warmers to keep the dishes at a proper temperature."

"We arrived around 8am and couldn’t check-in due to no room availability. Staff made sure we felt comfortable and gave us access to the lounge where we spent a few hours resting with access to bathrooms and snacks. Shortly, by 11am our room was ready. Our accommodation here has been beyond spectacular! "

"The staff is super friendly and energetic. Food was good especially de restaurants. Beach was beautiful and the pools were always clean. Room was always cleaned well. We loved the entertainment. The hotel is pretty and big and although the hotel was fully booked it never felt too crowded or overwhelming. Bar staff was also nice and are happy to serve a variety of drinks. "
