"El hotel es muy cómodo y está convenientemente ubicado cerca del Angel de la Independencia por lo que hay muchos restaurantes cerca en una zona donde se puede caminar sin problemas. El servicio es muy amable y eficiente. Vale la pena reservar en el piso ejecutivo por el acceso al lounge y el descuento en el desayuno buffet del restaurante que está abajo. En fines de semana es mejor pedir habitaciones que no dan a la calle principal ya que puede ser ruidoso en la noche."

"ALL of the staff ... every single person there was amazing! No kids, food, the room was so comfortable, the fun Bingo games (Miguel, Swavey and others were so good). and the live dinner entertainment was outstanding!! The chef Raul and assistant Harley prepared a special dinner for our friend's birthday. IT WAS AWESOME! I could have bathed in the Blue Cheese soup. This has just become our new favorite vacation spot and we WILL be back :)"
