"This was our second time at the Presidente, and it was even better this time around! We come during the rainy season ON PURPOSE to keep the crowds at bay. The property has changed a bit with the addition of the new spa building (4 years ago)- nicely appointed, with 3 plunge pools hot/normal/cold in a quiet section of the property. While I was relaxing by the pools listening to the rain and the birds, it sounded exactly like one of those soundtracks that you hear on a meditation app, except this was real! For those who haven't been to the property, everything is close together with coral rock in between. You won't have to walk far to get to any place on the property and with the coral rock pavement you wont have to worry about slipping even in the rain! I also have arthritis and they use ramps extensively which make a nice alternative to stairs- if you hate stairs, this is your place! "
