"The property is awesome! Only complaint, they changed up the atmosphere and menu for the Italiano restaurant and the food there was awful. No salad and bread bar as before and food was not even close to being Italian 😔 Otherwise we love this place. This was our 8th time there!!"

"We bought preferred club and it was not worth it. No top shelf liquor. They let anyone use the facilities. No night activity; very boring. Food was disappointing. I got sick on 4th day from food poisoning. My first time at Secrets and I was so disappointed. I have never been to a resort that I wanted to leave but this time I did."

"The hotel was as expected, functional and okay, but nothing fancy. We definitively got our moneys worth! The game room was great, as was the quick access to the scuba classes, but the food in the hotel restaurant was pretty bad. "

"Rooms were small but clean. Staff was extremely friendly. The entertainment staff I wish you remembered our name and was extremely nice. Actual if you stay for seven days, the guaranteed reservation at two restaurants otherwise it was buffet style.. pretty much the same thing every night it said they would change out one or two things. There were six in our group and five of us had diarrhea for 4 to 5 days six days were there I ended up getting strep throat… we spoke to valet about ordering pizza and they told us that yes we can have plenty of pizza delivered there so we went to the front counter to order the pizza and the management told us we could not yet when we left today people had pizza delivered… employees were extremely nice … we do not make everything forever. It would be nice to have a variety of different types of food on a daily basis instead of the same buffet."

"The staff were fantastic, we used all of the amenities on the property. Always greeted be friendly and happy workers who did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and fun. This is a fantastic resort to spend a few weeks in paradise."

"Casa Mexicana is wonderful. The staff is great and so helpful. The breakfast is best on the island and really does start at 7am. Which is great when you have an early dive boat to catch. The rooms are clean and the AC is very good. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else."
