Had difficulty finding the loading bay. The directions on letter could say drive past hotel , turn left , press button, unload and then how to get into car park. Staff were kind and helpful! Clean room although no slippers available and vanity kit is not provided too unlike other hotels that I stayed before. Overall the place is ok and easy to navigate 👌. I will definitely coming back. Thank you for your wonderful service!
