"I can't recommend Iberostar Cozumel enough! Every one of the staff was excellent from check-in to check-out. My partner and I had a great snorkeling experience with the dive center, and I also had a massage in the spa, which was super relaxing and much needed after not having my luggage for almost two days before it was delivered! Jordan was our initial contact person with concierge services and was very kind and helpful. Everyone was wonderful, and the entertainment/singers were fantastic. I highly recommend the rock show and boogie nights! The nature and sustainability elements were quite evident throughout the resort-a big plus that influenced my decision to book there. The only drawback was the prevalence of mosquitos, so pack accordingly and bring lots of bug repellent and you should be fine!"
