They continuously forgot to reserve our beach beds, yet would quickly resolve issues for those from outside of the hotel that are willing to pay for each bed. "Absolute paradise. This is a spectacular beachfront hotel, and by far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the beachfront rooftop room with a jacuzzi, which was a stunning room - probably the best room we've ever stayed in. The view was a dream. When it was too hot for the beach, we sat on the balcony, sipping drinks and looking out over the turquoise sea. "If it was out of 10, we would give it 7.5. The facility is nice, jetted tub in the room was nice! Great size, we had a balcony, and stand in rainfall shower. The shower door didnt stay closed though, so the bathroom floor often got wet. Also, there was some water damage in the room that should be addressed. The breakfast was good, but we didn't enjoy the food thoroughout the day so much. But we do understand this can be a preference. Staff was nice. The pool was nice. The beach on the property...
