"We loved this beautiful vintage hotel with its Tiffany glass ceilings, wrought iron balconies & bellmen in scarlet uniform. The hotel was safe & clean. We chose the Master Suite with Zócalo view, which was spacious & elegant. We felt like we’d stepped back into another age. Be warned though— the Zocalo is vibrant & lively re: LOUD. The day we left, they were setting up for a huge highly amplified concert in the plaza behind the hotel. The WiFi is also reeeeally slow & it’s a pain to catch an Uber from there. Don’t let these things scare you away, though! "

"Very convenient location. Many places of interest were close by. The staff were very helpfull and many staff members spoke english. Parking was in a separate building, but there was always someone available to bring my car or get when needed and at no charge, just a tip from me was sufficient but not necessary"

"The staff and entertainment were very friendly and efficient. This resort is what we weee looking for. Adults only! There was an area that was live and fun and loud and there was a spot for quiet space. The food was good and we especially loved the Japanese restaurant. We would diffidently recommend and come back!"
