The hotel and the views were beautiful! The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The nightly shows were great. Lety in the spa gave the most amazing massage! The food was delicious! Definitely going back soon!

Everything was great during our stay. Amazing and very friendly staff. Food was ok and the best restaurant was Marco Polo. The Asian Restaurant was not that good. Entertainment was a big surprise with good shows. The host from Marco Polo and their waiters were very good as well as Rony with the Entertainment staff.

We had a great experience overall—the room was clean, the staff was very friendly, they offered great gluten-free options, and the kids loved the slides and activities. The AC in our room wasn't working well, making it very cold at night, but we informed the staff and they were going to fix it after we left they said.

Thanks to the hotel staff our family vacation was great. The hotel was clean, the staff was super nice and helpful. If we have to rate our experience in this hotel on a 0-10 scale, we would say is an 8 just because the food was not so good and there was no much food options. But overall we had a good time.

Our stay at GR Solaris Cancún was nice. We like that the resort was small and staff was super friendly. The only downfall was the cod and the fact that we couldn’t get reservations to the only 3 restaurants during our stay. The restaurants were closed some nights or they were hosting members only which was unfair.
