"Good low budget accommodation if you're in a bind and need one night to crash. Not recommended for long stays. Very thin mattrass, small room sizes and even smaller bathroom space. I stayed for 2 nights and had to go get a massage right after. No room cleaning service (probably because I didn't expressly ask), Also, hot water doesn't work. Other than that, the property itself seemed clean and customer service was friendly. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. "

Great location in between Rockwell and the massive Glorietta, Greenbelt, SM and Ayala shopping complex. I probably left one out, so many youll get lost. Shopping and dining galore. The infamous Burgos street is right around the corner.

I felt safe walking around the area but honestly, I'm just not very fond of the Filipino food and the dining prices have skyrocketed over the past 2 years. I've been coming here for 10 years and it used to be a good value but it's not anymore.

We enjoyed the area, it had all the facilities needed from shopping malls, restaurants, and supermarkets. The prices are very cheap. Probably the downside is all the traffic and the heat, but we will definitely come back for another vacation.

Makati is fine, but for the purpose of this review, Greenbelt Makati is the correct area to describe. Greenbelt is a very good choice, clean safe and shopping areas are great. One of the best areas when visiting Philippines.

The Makati Commercial center is the best park of MaKati. Everything we wanted to do was with in walking distance thru the interconnected malls. No need to be expose to the sweltering heat.

"Amazing place, amazing stay, Great room and heavenly bed and bedding. Stayed in a King Deluxe which had the biggest bed I've ever seen. Very clean with a very nice atmosphere. Amenities galore Rooftop bar provided great food along with both SMG Light and Pilsen on tap. Great location being 1 block from P Burgos. I've stayed many times at Seda which is also a very nice stay, but this is hands down better especially for the value. My future stays will be right here. The only issue to note, the 3 elevators are very busy, but that's because this place is a very popular stay."
