"The Executive Suite I was first given was dirty and dusty...the carpets need steamed cleaning on the 14th floor. I complained and was moved to the 16th floor, room 1634 much better."

"Breakfast buffet is a ripoff. Scrambled egg with toast for twice as many pesos as they should have cost. Disappointing and tasteless. I’m a smoker and did all of my smoking out front of the hotel. I do not litter so I put the butts in a special carrying case that is made for that purpose. When I got back in my room I would empty the case in the garbage can. I have been doing this for almost 25 years when I stay at hotels. I’ve never had an issue before. They found the butts in the trash and accused me of smoking in my room. Which is BS! They charged me 5000 pesos for special cleaning as they said the room smelled like smoke. "

If you book a cheaper room like classic room, you’re going to get a better TV that’s smart TV so you can watch Netflix and Amazon prime If you book a more expensive room like executive suite, you will get an older non-smart TV and cannot watch any Amazon or Netflix Just another one of the things at this hotel that makes no sense!!! "
